A compliance filing partner built for carriers who cannot afford a missed deadline.
Multimodal Compliance Services LLC is a privately held DOT compliance filing service headquartered in Spokane, Washington. We prepare and file the mandatory federal and state documents that keep motor carrier authority active, and we maintain the records that prove it.
Compliance is not a form to be filled in once.
A carrier's authority depends on a chain of filings that renew on different clocks: an annual registration, a biennial update, a tax return tied to each heavy vehicle, a process agent designation that must survive a name or address change, and driver records that have to be current on the day an investigator walks in.
Most carriers do not lose authority because they ignored the rules. They lose it because one filing in that chain quietly lapsed while the truck kept running. MCS exists to hold that chain intact: we track every due date, file before the window closes, and keep the supporting record in one place.
We are a supporting company of the FMCSA and a BOC-3 blanket company. We act in an administrative and advisory capacity on your behalf. The FMCSA retains all regulatory and enforcement authority, and MCS does not decide whether a requirement applies to your operation. We apply the rule as written, and tell you when the rule changes.

Three commitments we do not vary.
Federal requirements, filed inside the rules
Every filing MCS handles exists because a federal regulation requires it. We file inside 49 CFR, disclose the statutory basis for each requirement, and never bundle a compliance obligation with a product you do not need.
One accountable record per carrier
Your authority, filings, driver records and renewal dates live in a single command center. No spreadsheets passed between vendors, no guessing which party holds the current filing.
Flat rates published before you commit
MCS publishes the price of each filing in advance. Statutory government fees and third-party costs such as laboratory analysis or ELD hardware are passed through at cost, without markup or commission.
The filings that keep an authority active.
Carriers use MCS for a single filing or for the full compliance program. Both are priced the same way: published in advance, with the government fee shown separately from the service fee.
